333hd Terms and Conditions — Usage Rules and Policies

Section 1

General Terms

333hd is an online gaming platform dedicated to players in Bangladesh. All services, games, bonuses, and competitions offered on this site are governed by these Terms. 333hd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if any of the terms outlined below are violated.

If these Terms change, we will post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In case of any ambiguity, 333hd's interpretation shall be considered final. If any part of this document is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

333hd is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request documentation for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account or transferring your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333hd currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

3.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected in the following circumstances:

If bonus wagering requirements have not been met
If identity verification has not been completed
If multiple accounts or fraud are suspected
If the minimum withdrawal amount has not been reached

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 333hd receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,500 and the total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times and applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Important: If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may be used once only.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
333hd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If fraud or abuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.
The validity period of each bonus will be stated separately with each offer.

4.4 VIP Program

333hd's VIP Program has three tiers. Members at the Bronze tier receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.5%. The Silver tier offers up to 1.0% and the Gold tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

333hd is a fair play platform. All our games are operated by certified software providers using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every game is entirely random and is not dependent on any previous result.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

Fraud, hacking, or exploiting any technical vulnerability
Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements
Using another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party
Using automated software (bots) or AI to play games
Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
Intentionally disrupting the platform's services

Warning: If any form of cheating or fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

5.3 Collusion

Multiple players conspiring with one another in live games to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of false information being provided during identity verification
Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities
In the event of access from a restricted region

7.2 Your Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless there are any restrictions on withdrawal.

7.3 Account Inactivity

An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months). The member will be notified by email before any inactivity action is taken.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints Process

8.1 Submitting a Complaint

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If the issue is not resolved through live chat, you may submit the details by email. We will review account logs and transaction records before making a decision. 333hd's decision shall be considered final and binding.

8.3 Game Results

If a game is completed incorrectly due to a technical error, 333hd reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. Any abnormal winning amount displayed due to a software error is not valid and will be reversed.

Responsible Gaming and 21+ Policy

333hd firmly believes in responsible gaming. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. We view gaming as entertainment and advise against treating gambling as a source of income.

Limitation of Liability

333hd is not responsible for any loss resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connection interruptions, or disruption of third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The risk of losing money while playing games rests entirely with the user.

333hd never guarantees profit. The outcome of all games is random and is not under the platform's control.

Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the 333hd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 333hd or the relevant licensor. Copying, distributing, or reusing this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

333hd's name, logo, or brand elements may not be used in any advertisement or for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to Terms and Enforceability

333hd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site for significant changes. The date of the most recent update will always be noted at the top of this page.

Continuing to access or use 333hd's services after any change means you are agreeing to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the site and request account closure through our support team.
